The full abdominoplasty tightens the laxity in the skin of the full abdomen as well as flattening the abdominal bulge with contouring of the waist line. In this procedure, the skin excess from the pubic region to above the belly button is removed. The muscle wall is tightened with sutures and laser liposuction is performed for body sculpturing and skin tightening.
